How to log in to EVA

There are two equal ways to log in to EVA: a code from the EVA Telegram bot or a code sent to your email. The trial, the plans and the terminal are the same. There is no password either way.

With the Telegram bot

  1. Open the EVA bot in Telegram (the link is on the home page, in “How to log in”).
  2. Press Start — the bot sends a 6-digit code.
  3. Enter the code on the site — the terminal opens.

This is not a Telegram code: we never ask for your phone number, password or Telegram login code.

By email

  1. On the home page, under “Log in” — “Log in by email or with a passkey →”.
  2. Enter your email and press “Get the code” — an email with a 6-digit code arrives (valid for 10 minutes, works once).
  3. Enter the code — the terminal opens. A new email is a new account, just like a first login with the bot.

No email? Check Spam and Promotions; after a minute you can ask for the code again. If you unsubscribed from EVA emails, the code will not arrive: log in with Telegram or a passkey.

With a passkey

A passkey is a login with Face ID, a fingerprint or the device PIN, without a code. You create it after logging in: on a phone — “More” → “App and notifications”, on a computer — ⚙ Settings → at the bottom of the left column “App and notifications”; then “Passkey login” → “Create a passkey”. Right after a login with a code, the login page may also ask by itself “Log in on this device with a passkey?” — “Create passkey” or “Not now” (after “Not now” it does not ask again on this device). On the login page — “Log in with passkey”. A passkey lives on its own device: on a new phone, log in with the bot or email first.

Email and Telegram in one account

“App and notifications” (on a phone — under “More”, on a computer — in ⚙ Settings, at the bottom of the left column) → “Account” → “Link”: you can link an email to a Telegram account, or Telegram to an email account. After that you can log in either way — it is one account with the same subscription. The trial is once per person; linking does not repeat it.
