Who provides the service

EVA Terminal (the eva-terminal.com website) is provided by Independent Developer of EVA Terminal. How to reach us — see Contacts.

What EVA Terminal is

A web terminal for observing the crypto market: order flow, order books, liquidations, large transfers and macro next to the price. It is an information service. We are not a broker or an exchange: we do not accept or hold your money for trading, do not execute trades and do not manage assets.

Disclaimer

Everything the terminal shows is observations and facts, not investment or trading advice and not an offer to buy or sell. We do not promise returns and do not say when to enter a trade. The decisions and the risk that comes with them are yours.

You can log in in three ways:

The code is valid for 15 minutes and works only for logging in to EVA.

We never ask for your phone number, password, Telegram login code, seed phrase or exchange keys. If someone asks for these on behalf of EVA, it is not us.

Do not share your browser session with other people; you can log out on one device or on all of them at once.

Payment

Prices and plans are on the payment page. For now payment is in crypto only: USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20) to the address the terminal shows after login. No card is needed and there is no auto-renewal: access lasts for the paid period, and you renew with a new transfer. A trial, if offered, is once per person: it is not given again, including to a new account from the same connection or browser within 30 days.

Why a “personal amount”. A USDT transfer on TRON has no comment field, so we recognise your transfer by its amount: a personal tail of four decimal places is added to the plan price (for example, 150.4821 USDT). The tail is fixed to your account. Send exactly this amount in one transfer — the server sees it on the blockchain and turns access on by itself, usually in 2–3 minutes. Four decimals because some exchanges do not allow more.

If the amount differs, or the transfer went over another network or in parts, it will not be recognised automatically — contact support ([email protected] or @EVATerminal_support) with the transaction hash. The network fee is paid by the sender. Promo codes and discounts follow the terms shown on the payment page.

Refunds

Once access has started, payment is not refunded — except for technical failures on our side. Other cases are reviewed individually: contact support ([email protected] or @EVATerminal_support); we reply within 10 days.

Data and availability

Data comes from trading venues and open sources. It can be delayed, interrupted or carry the source's errors. When a source goes silent, the terminal says so — “stale” or “no data” — and since when. We aim to keep the service running without breaks but do not guarantee it: maintenance and outages happen.

The assistant Eva and the “Office” staff explain what is on the screen. They are AI: they can be wrong and give no advice on what to buy or sell.

Risks

Trading crypto, especially with leverage, can lose all of the money you put in. Past events on a chart do not promise a repeat. We are not liable for the results of your trading decisions.

What is not allowed

Reselling or sharing access, automatically scraping the terminal's data, disrupting the service or bypassing its protection. On a violation of these rules, access may be blocked without a refund.

Changes and disputes

These terms may be updated; the version date is at the top of the page. We will announce material changes in the channel @eva_terminal. Questions and disputes are settled through support: [email protected] or @EVATerminal_support.
