Telegram login: the numeric account ID, name and username (what Telegram passes to the bot), language.
Email login: your email address — to send you a code and recognise you next time. If you press “unsubscribe” in an email,
the address goes on the unsubscribed list and we send it no more emails. After unsubscribing, login codes by email will not arrive — log in with Telegram or a passkey.
Passkey (if you created one): the public part of the key and its ID. Your fingerprint, face and PIN stay on your device — we
never receive them.
Trial: connection and browser marks — so that the trial cannot be taken twice. The connection mark is not your IP address but
its irreversible hash; the browser mark is a random number in a cookie. Kept for 30 days.
Subscription and payments: access status and term, plan, amount, your personal amount tail, marks of credited transfers. The
transfers themselves are on the public TRON blockchain.
Your settings and records: what you save in the terminal yourself — alerts, favourite coins, trade journal, drawings, view
settings, the look of your character in the “Office” and whether your username is shown (off by default).
Notifications: if you turned on phone notifications — the subscription address your browser issued; a log of which
notifications and alerts were sent and whether they arrived.
Assistant Eva: your questions and her answers — to show the conversation and count the daily question limit.
Usage: last login time, how many minutes a day the terminal is open and which sections — for service statistics.
BingX UID — only if you entered it yourself for the referral discount.
We do not collect phone numbers, passwords, bank card data, exchange keys or seed phrases — and never ask for them.
Cookies and browser storage
There are three cookies: eva_sess — the login session for 30 days; a language cookie for a year; eva_br — a random
browser mark for the trial rule, 30 days from your last login (as long as the marks are kept on the server). None is readable by page scripts. The terminal keeps interface settings (theme,
layers, layout) in browser storage. The site has no advertising or analytics trackers.
Who receives what
Hosting provider — the EVA server (database and logs) is hosted by a hosting provider that stores and processes data on our behalf.
Telegram — the bot sends login codes and the notifications you turned on. A daily database backup goes to the service owner on Telegram (see below).
Unisender Go — sends login-code emails to your address (the address and the email text). Email opens and link clicks are not
tracked.
Your browser's push service (Google, Apple or Mozilla, depending on the browser) — delivers notifications to your phone; the
notification content is encrypted.
Cloudflare — delivers and protects the site; processes your IP address and request metadata under its own rules. Emails you send
to support also pass through Cloudflare Email Routing.
TronGrid (TRON network) — the server asks for incoming transfers to our payment address; no data of yours is in the request.
Anthropic — when you ask the assistant Eva a question, the question and the on-screen data are sent to the model for an answer.
BingX — if you entered a UID for the discount, we ask BingX whether you joined through our link.
Google Fonts — help pages load a font; Google sees your IP address when they do.
We do not sell data or share it for advertising.
Logs and protection
Your IP address is used to limit login code guessing and the number of sign-ups. The web server keeps technical request logs; they are
kept for 14 days.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while it is needed for access. To delete your account and the records saved in the terminal, contact support
([email protected] or @EVATerminal_support): from the working database — at once, from backups — within 30 days. Payment records may be kept longer
where accounting requires it. To see what we keep about you or correct it — also through support.
Backups
On the server — a database copy every 6 hours (kept for about 3.5 days) and a daily one (kept for 30 days); both are deleted
automatically. The daily copy also goes to the service owner on Telegram; there, copies are deleted manually once 30 days have passed.
Age: the service is not intended for people under 18.
